Ministry Days are now an established and major part of the ministry at Ellel Ministries USA, and we encourage those who apply to us for help to come on one. They will receive a warm welcome in comfortable surroundings and have time to listen to some of the teachings of Jesus during the group sessions and receive personal ministry.
We estimate the realistic cost of running a Ministry Day at Ellel USA to be about $150 per person, but we do not want anyone to feel that money stands in the way of them receiving ministry. Therefore, no formal charge will be made for attendance on a Ministry Day, but guests will be given the opportunity to donate towards the work. We trust that some may be able to make a larger contribution in order to support those who are unable to give.
When Jesus sent the disciples out, He told them both to preach the gospel and heal the sick. This Commission to the whole Church has never been withdrawn. At Ellel Ministries, we minister solely in the name of Jesus, using the gifts of the Holy Spirit that He gave to the Church, and seek to demonstrate through the ministry the love of God to those in need.
When you complete an application for personal ministry, you will be given the opportunity to choose if you want to come for a 2-hour Personal Ministry Appointment or if you would like to come for the full-day Ministry Day. Practical details about the Ministry Day are listed below. If you choose to come for the Ministry Day, please note that in order to confirm your date, we request a credit card number on file which will not be charged a "no show" fee of $100 unless you do not come for your Ministry Day or cancel a week prior.
Duration of Ministry Day
Starts at 8:30am with registration and finishes at 6:00pm.
Program
The program for each Ministry Day includes a morning and evening meeting and allows plenty of time in between for personal ministry and conversation with prayer ministers.
The meetings include praise and worship and a time of teaching about important aspects of the Kingdom of God which we have found to be particularly helpful when leading people into wholeness.
Meals
Lunch is provided, but no special dietary needs can be accommodated.
Smoking and Drinking
There is no smoking inside any of the buildings, and no alcohol is permitted on the premises.
Carers
After praying through your application form, the Ministry Team may invite you to bring a carer with you. This person needs to be someone who will support you in prayer here and on your return home (preferably a responsible member of your fellowship or church).
