Time Out is a week-long marriage intensive designed to help you step away from the pressures and distractions of daily life and find restoration and healing within your marriage.
What is Time Out?
For some, “Time out” is a term affectionately referred to by parents who discipline their children to stop, be still, consider your direction and make corrections. But for sports fans, a “Time Out” is called when an important game is at a critical point. The Time Out can be what makes the difference in ushering the team to victory. Which ever perspective suits you, a “Time Out” can make a real difference. During “Time Out” at Ellel, married couples will receive biblically based teaching on what makes marriage great. Each morning will involve opening God’s Word to see and apply His wisdom on marriage. Afternoons provide time to reconnect, where each couple will have the option of scheduling ministry time with our team.
Where is Time Out?
Time Out Marriage Intensives have been held at our Ellel Canada center for years and this year their team are coming to lead this exciting event at the beautiful Rosen Inn International in Orlando, Florida.
Time Out offers the opportunity to get away from your everyday world, to enjoy the beautiful grounds and surroundings at the hotel, and reconnect with God as a couple. We have an amazing team that wants to make your stay a deeply blessed one.
Schedule
Registration/Check-in (Sunday): 4:00 pm
Daily Schedule:
- Breakfast 8:00 - 9:00 am
- Morning Sessions 9:15 am - 12:30 pm
- Lunch 12:30-1:30 pm
- Afternoon Ministry Appointments or Free Time
- Dinner 5:30-6:30 pm
- Evening Sessions 6:30-8:00 pm
Check-out (Saturday): 10:00 am
Cost
The all-inclusive intensive investment is $2,400 per couple.
As an introductory offer for our inaugural event, couples who reserve their place by August 31, 2026 will receive a $200 Early Registration Discount, bringing the total investment to $2,200 per couple.
To secure your place, submit a $500 deposit by August 31. With only 10 spaces available, your deposit reserves your spot and is fully refundable through October 1, 2026, allowing you to register with confidence while helping us plan for this special experience.
The remainder of your registration fee will be divided into two payments: 50% due November 15, 2026, with the final balance due January 15, 2027.
Meals
Meals are provided from Sunday dinner through Saturday breakfast. To ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, we are happy to accommodate documented food allergies, intolerances, and religious dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to individual dietary preferences or lifestyle diets. Please submit your restriction details on your registration form.
Children
This event is your chance to get away and connect with your spouse, so other arrangements must be made for your children.
Accommodation
This event will take place at the Rosen Inn International, 7600 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. Accommodations are double occupancy. The rooms are equipped with 2 double beds, mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea and a laptop sized digital safe. There are also two pools and a fitness room on the property for your enjoyment.
