As much as we don't want to admit it, most of us are addicted to something. Whether it's social media, sugar, caffeine or porn... or one of the more "obvious" addictions like alcohol, drugs, smoking or sex… all of us are vulnerable to these behaviours that steal from the life, freedom and fruitfulness Jesus wants for us.
In over 35 years of ministering to God’s people, we meet many who have tried to get free from these things but instead are struggling with feelings of defeat and condemnation. Some have even lost hope that breakthrough is possible, but that’s not the end of their stories, and it doesn’t need to be the end of yours.
We are inviting you to a weekend filled with hope – one that will rekindle your faith that freedom is possible and will give you practical and Biblical tools to help you on your journey to freedom.
You’ll learn about the roots of addictions and how to process your struggles and past wounds through the cross in confession, repentance and forgiveness to see lasting healing and freedom in Jesus’ name. You’ll hear testimonies and have a chance to talk with people who got free from various addictive behaviours. You’ll also have opportunities to receive personal prayer ministry from our experienced team who work in confidentiality and seek to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. But most importantly, you’ll be able to do important business with God that we often don’t find the time to do in our daily lives.
Come and join us on this free course as we discover together how addictions are often a surface response to deeper pain that our heavenly Father wants to heal. We believe you will find that He is even more passionate about your healing than you are!

Lunch on Saturday is provided if pre-purchased for $15 when booking. PLEASE NOTE: The lunch is catered and we are not able to make accommodation for special dietary needs.
HYBRID OPTION AVAILABLE
We are offering this course on Zoom, although no personal prayer will be offered for those attending online. Please be sure that you choose the correct option when booking so that we know if you will be attending in person or on Zoom and we will send you the Zoom credentials if you register to attend online.

About our Guest Speaker
David Steele first came to Ellel Ministries as a 19-year-old because he was seeking to get free from his own addictive behaviours. What he learnt took him on such a profound journey of healing, freedom and transformation that he joined the Ellel team in 2008 and spent the next 11 years teaching others the Biblical keys that had helped to set him free.
He and his wife Hannah are now full-time missionaries in Hungary, parents to five beautiful children and the founders of Truth Planters, an international mission organisation with a vision to plant the life transforming truth of Jesus Christ into the hearts of people everywhere.
