 eing human. Without them our relationships are empty and mechanical and ou
 r lives grey and colourless.\nYet many of us struggle with our emotions\, 
 often trying to deny and even crush them because they seem to be the cause
  of our problems. The reality is that some emotions seem very hard to hand
 le\; they can be overwhelming\, seem unacceptable or even feel destructive
 .\nThis course seeks to bring a full understanding of what your emotions a
 re\, why they exist and how you can handle them in a godly way. It will un
 pick the intricacies of difficult emotions such as grief\, anger and jealo
 usy\, and how God has purposed for you to find release and His comfort\, s
 o you can move safely through the turmoil and find a new place of rest.\nS

 50 per person\nMeals for those attending in person\nLunch and dinner are p
 rovided for Saturday but no special dietary needs can be accommodated. Att
 endees are welcome to bring their own lunch but we cannot provide refriger
 ation or heating of food for meals brought by attendees.\nChildren\nThis e
 vent is not suitable for children and no childcare is provided.\nHybrid Ev
 ent\nWe are now offering the Explore course in both a live and an online
  context. This event is the first module in our Explore School. Those wish
 ing to be students must join this first course in person. Guests who wan
 t to attend the course may attend online. Please be sure that you choose t
